도장설비에는 전처리, 전착도장, 액체도장, 분체도장, 건조로 공정 및 방법이 있습니다.
There are Pretreatment, Electrodeposition coating, Liquid Coating, Powder Coating and Drying Oven facilities.

전처리는 제품표면에 묻어있는 오염물질을 깨끗이 제거한 다음 금속표면에 화성피막을 형성하여 제품의 방청성과 도료의 부착성을 부여하기 위한 공정이다.
Pretreatment facilities are processes that pollutants are removed from the sufaces of preteated products, and chemical conversion coatings are formed on metallic surfaces.

전착도장은 피도물과 탱크를 양 전극으로 하고 탱크내의 수용성 도료에 전류를 통해서 피도물에 도막을 만드는 도장방법으로 공정은 금속도금과 유사하다.
Therefore, antirust of products and adhesive properties of paint are enhanced. Electrodeposition coating is a process that an object and a tank play a role as both electrodes to apply the current to the waterborne paint inside the tank.

액체도장은 압축공기를 이용하여 액체도료를 뿜어 도장하는 것을 액체도장이라 한다.
Liquid coating is a process that liquid paint is sprayed with the use of compressed air.

분체도장은 있어 가장 많이 사용되는 도장방식은 정전 스프레이 도장방식이다.
The electorstatic spray coating is one of the most used method in powder coating facilities.

건조공정은 가장 중요한 부분이며 도장공정중 가장 긴 시간을 요하는 공정으로 효율이 좋은 건조로를 설치하는 것이 생산성 향상과 품질안정은 물론 생산원가 절감에 직접적인 영향을 준다.
The drying process is the most important operation in coating and takes the longest time among coating processess. Therefore, the high-efficiency drying oven installation directly influences growth of production and quality stabilizatiion as well as reduction in the cost of production
